A surprisingly fun spot with very reasonable prices! There's a fairly large library of board games to borrow, both classics & modern, and patrons are encouraged to bring their own favorites from home. We reserved a table for the night and had time for 4 different games. Add in pizza and drinks and it's a pretty tough outing to beat. The retro arcade cabinets are a nice touch, and the villain-themed decor was pretty comprehensive. Looking forward to going back!

Love this cool spot. Perfect place to nerd out and have a drink and bite to eat. Great people working here. Awesome decor, yummy drinks, games galore. Karaoke was fun. Will definitely be back.

Villainous is a great experience! Never experienced a tabletop bar before where we could play RPGs or board games before and I am so happy to have this place in Lexington! The staff is usually two people so they can keep costs affordable and provide a great setting for nerds to gather and meet! Keep being excellent Villainous! We'll keep reserving tables for our game nights! Love that you have my favorite cider in stock!

Awesome little spot hidden right on the corner of 2nd and Jefferson St. Not sure what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival. Seems like a chill relaxed places.

I didn't know what to think about this place when our friend group suggested a table top gaming bar. It was the best experience an adult can have at a bar. No one was fighting or acting up. The bartenders were very good at their craft. The place had lots of cool props and memorabilia. Loads of games or bring your own. Did I mention you can drink mead from a horn?

If you're looking for a small gaming bar this is the place! Had a great time playing Cards Against Humanity at the bar with friends. Food was good and the service was great. I would suggest becoming a member ($2-$4) in order to reserve a table since seating is pretty limited. Great place to tabletop game and enjoy company!

We love Villainous! We go to play games pretty regularly but the food is so good that I would go for just food even if we weren't going to play a game too. They even have a few vegan/vegetarian options which is really awesome for a menu mostly American/bar food themed. Check out the specials board when you come in, they always have really yummy items hidden there! Everything is reasonably priced and we are also in the membership club which offers even better deals. Make sure you book a table unless you play to sit at the bar, it's stays busy! The staff is soooo nice and couldn't be more friendly or more helpful. Though we typically bring our own games, they also have a great selection of games available to check out and play!

Saw this place when I googled things near the Central Bank Center and Rupp was at Scarefest. This place had great vintage arcade games to entertain while waiting for food. Didn't even mind the wait there was a bachelor party that came in before us. It was a fun experience will go back with my kids were pretty happy with this place. Didn't mind sitting at the bar at all. Overall will be back. I told my stepsister who lives in town to go to this place! The bartender girl was really sweet!!!

I came to KY for a work trip and wanted to check out this place on my own for its creative drinks and fun atmosphere. It was nothing short of what I expected. The staff Mickey and Jack were very welcoming and I had awesome conversations with them. One even showed me his unique watch collection. I am definitely inspired to nerd out more since visiting this place. I enjoyed my visit so much that I bought a t shirt to rep them wherever else I go! Thank you Villainous staff for all the laughs and stories! 🫶 To future customers - if you are one to want to sit down and play board games with someone then definitely bring a friend! Otherwise, having a drink, snacking and vibing is a fun thing to do here alone! :)) maybe bring a project or a book to do on your own as well

I enjoy stopping in and having good food, good drink, and great conversations. I appreciate the vegetarian options and local beer selection. I have been there a few times now and have always met some of the most interesting people, on both sides of the bar! Shout out to The Twins ✌🏽
